Between all the riots happening in Nalbina and the latest round of nonsense that Ultima cooked up, Zargabaath will need to speak with Larsa and Basch(Hey, Manda). He also means to speak with Larsa in regards with the grim news hailing from Rozarria and possibly discuss how this will indirectly affect relations between the Rozarrians and them.

So yes, plenty of plot points to discuss.

CR You're looking for: Friends are awesome. Enemies are also good. Hard to make enemies of her, though there's a few folk who scare her silly floating around. Honestly I'm open to anything. For that matter, if "meeting" someone RP is boring to you, I'm more than happy to work out having met anyone's character prior so we can just get to tagging as nice friends or frienmies or whathave you.
What are your plans for this character: Right now she's going to be trying to help with the riots in Nalbina because she can't just ignore that. A little later in the month she'll be getting arrested in Archades for reasons. Wrong place at the wrong time sorta thing.
Anything people should know about your character: She's remarkably kind and open and most likely to try to befriend you or draw you out of your character's shell if they're the quiet, stoic type. Her cooking skills are ah... questionable.
Quickstarters: Dancing! Anyone she spots with a grimoire will get her attention as well.
Anything Else: Right now I have Penelo making accidental wrong number calls up and open to anyone. I'll also be tagging into the riots in short order if you're interested in tagging me there.

Edit before I forget: Penelo has a fairly good notion of what's happening with the grimoires between having met Luso and then talking to Lezaford. If you're an outworlder and looking to learn more, she's a great source to tap.

Also random flirty things because he's a brat like that. Shut up, Rikku. But yeah, I'd like him to make some friends. Dude friends are awesome even, he misses his Spira bros. And the same sort of offer goes that if you'd like to handwave a generic meeting and just establish some sort of CR to roll with, I'm game!
What are your plans for this character: Currently he's hauled up in Goug helping moogles with moogle projects. Primarily upgrades to the phones using memstones something like an SD card or a video sphere. It makes sense in his head anyway. So yeah, more general tinkering. Sadly going back to Spira isn't all that high on his priority list because the Machine Faction can take care of itself and there's an awful lot of new-to-him tech around to poke at.
Anything people should know about your character: He loves to troll. Seriously he should come with a warning label or something. It's not personal, it's just him. He's also incredibly loyal to anyone he considers a friend, so even if he's a punk, you're not gonna shake this one.
Quickstarters: Machines, gadgets, being a cute girl, being easy trollbait, grimoires because what the hell are these things anyway?
Anything Else: Currently he's got a wrong number call post up and available as well as a general open hanging out in Goug post from last month that I'm still interested in tagging.

CR You're looking for: Open to anything! I'd really like to find someone who's got some knowledge of the grimoires and is willing to talk to him about going back home because that's top on his mind right now. No shippy CR since he's in a relationship and his girl would probably clobber an interloper stupid. (And him too eek!) Same general offer of handwaving CR to jump past the introduction stuff is also on the table. Although! Since he's come in with previous game CR, there are some folks he might recognize to get confused.
What are your plans for this character: I'm planning on him trying to help out in Nalbina as best he can, anyway. And then I think he and Ursula were planning on going back to Balfonheim to try to help out with establishing some sort of sense of order. That and more looking into "how do we go back?" though he's kind of enjoying this vacation from being responsible.
Anything people should know about your character:
Quickstarters: Airships! He did serve in his dad's airship corps and he still loves them. Grimoire anything will get his attention asap as well.
Anything Else: I'm about to tag into the riots if anyone wants anything open there. Also I did have an open tag doing general healing stuff in the poison post last month if anyone is interested in talking about him having mended their sick tummies?

CR You're looking for: I'm seeking for characters who could explain, in-depth, what has transpired politically during the last four years. Other than that, I'm open to all suggestions since I'm honestly about to app as another character here, Judge Zargabaath, just to see if I can get some plot points moving a bit.
What are your plans for this character: I desperately want Cidolfus to reconnect with both his son, and his sense of humanity. The Good Doctor, for the most part, is still seduced by Venat's influences and is still very much about his research. However, he does acknowledge that his past actions have completely warped the world he once loved into a twist mirage of its former self. Which explains his inner conflict. Cidolfus is metaphorically "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" right about now. He honestly could go either good or evil at this point.
Anything people should know about your character:
Quickstarters: Talk to him about Skystones and Nethicite, or hell anything political.
Anything Else: I'm also reinstating the Knights of the Round rooks from a past roleplay plot I did awhile ago. Cidolfus will find out some way to recreate all thirteen rooks again, so help me Faram!

I think from a creating/tinkering point of view, Gippal and Cid could get along pretty smashing. Gippal's got a few video spheres that came with him from Spira and if it's mechanical in any way, he wants to get his paws on it.

Let this little bugger help Cid do some humanity connecting. Clearly Clan Gully needs more highly intelligent people with A+ skill and knowledge and Cid'd get a resource pool to tap into, so it's a win-win situation, see? And on top of that, he'd have an eager, young, highly retentive mind to teach things and hand him stuff and have dialogue with at appropriate times when he's tinkering! And, you know, make sure he remembers to shower and stuff!

A not-kid to accidentally adopt is juuuust what the Doctor ordered.

CR You're looking for: I want it all! Adelle is especially looking to make friends and allies across the board since the political forecast is heavy storm with a chance of her initiating a musical in Jylland if certain things inch forward. She's currently looking to recruit people into Clan Gully and to initiate positive working relationships with other clans. I'm open to enemies??? Not sure how rivals would work in at the minute, but I'm generally open and flexible! Just know this is one focused seventeen year old.
What are your plans for this character: Adelle's immediate movements will involve doing a certain favor Lezaford's asked of her and dispatching a handful of Clan Gully members to Nalbina to assist the people there and build some reputation for them in Galtea proper. She's moving to actively recruit people into the clan, but especially grimoire holders and doubly for outworlders as she's realizing the world may not treat them so kindly. At the start of next month, Adelle will be posting a bill targeting grimoire holders in an attempt to connect all the Pokemon and get them informed, organized, and some measure of safe as the outworlders will at least have SOME paperwork that the various countries will have to acknowledge; it'll also make them easier to keep up with and easier for them to find and talk to one another. She plans on using her clan, Clan Gully, to facilitate this and it has occurred to her that using the Skyphones for promotion may be an A+++ idea GIPPAL COME HERE. She's also moving very actively to strike up a rapport amongst Jylland's clans concerning Rozarria's offers to facilitate dialogue and, if things continue to edge into dicey, perceivably threatening territory, she'll go Les Mis and attempt to unite them because she's just not about to have any country dragging Jylland into their mess, NEVERMIND threatening the livelihood of the clans and the system in place that drives Jylland's ECONOMY, despite that she'd really rather not have to step into technical politics like that and slap the Rozarrian military because letting them bring the fight to you and your system is always smarter.
Anything people should know about your character: Adelle is a Grade A+++ Thief and hunter who has a reputation throughout Jylland that may have leaked into some other countries and cities in the last few years. It's probably swelling since she's presently leading Clan Gully in the absence of its leader, Cid, which generated some gossip. She's one of the Gifted, typically long-lived people possessing extraordinary abilities. The most readily apparent affect of her Gift in particular is her ability to mimic the abilities of other people, be it special skills or more generic things like playing a pipe organ villainously, for example. She's a sharp lady, besides, and is very grimoire and rift knowledgeable, being from the game that introduced all that and, you know, having helped the guy who had it and saved the world and yadda yadda yadda. She's your go-to-girl.
Quickstarters: Have a grimoire. Encroach on Jylland. Be a politician, high ranking military official, or formidable individual one would want in one's clan. Fuck with her clan. Belong to another clan. Be at a bar. Be into delicious food or fabulous fashion. Don't be from this world. Know someone she knows and make it obvious! Have a lead on Cid or information about grimoire or rift activity. Be a grimoire holder and need help.

What are your plans for this character: I'd like to hit up more Dissidia people, because I feel I haven't done enough of that so far. YES, this includes people who are in Dissidia but may not have the canon added in here. If Kain knows you and considers you an ally on his end, you're there for lifeeee unless he's being controlled. So think of it as a weird instant CR-builder. :) Also, I have this longterm plan for Kain to get to know some random group of poachers and be horrified when they're slaughtering dragons all over the place (leading to a baby dragon someday! but long term, slow steps and all). Alongside that, he's keeping himself occupied with hunts and visits to mountains to find the perfect brooding spot. SUPER long term, I want to make him go temporarily Dark someday. What's a game without poking at his darkness, after all!

CR You're looking for: Anything! I honestly am open to suggestions and even false CR where characters want to be friends but Vayne is just looking for an in and a way to satisfy the goals he believes are necessary. You can also have your character suspect who he actually is - it's feasible you've seen, read, or found something that may suggest when you meet this fellow who he really is, but it also may lead you to be more confused because history is inclined to say one thing over another, and even push its own agenda out... Vayne can have any CR - for the most part, due to being an outsider of his own choosing and his actions of several years ago, making friends with offworlders could be useful - the majority of the public doesn't trust them, they have unusual powers - it's really better to keep an eye on them, and then, perhaps, use them when the time comes.
What are your plans for this character: Vayne is going to be hunting down information in relation to the last four years to see what he can do about the alteration of the path he tried to force out what do you mean vengeful monk historian ex-emperor, working with Cid to recreate Omega Mark 12 (a large plot I'd love to get more people on, they will have to convert you, after all, Ajora's been such a nice dude) to deal with Ultima (though at this time he's still looking for someone to get involved in a personal way with trying to use her, he himself has been made inviable due to approaching Ajora and declaring being against Ultima's goals while trying to work out what she wants to do, exactly) and also dealing with needing a base of operations and due to Cid and Vayne being in Balfonheim and how they could be treated for their accents/mannerisms thanks to the large anti-Archadian sentiment, they may hook in and attempt a take over, Vayne also converting Cid to Clan Gully; he will be eventually getting a phone but he won't be using it as at the moment he has no one to call (shut up, Larsa), but their potential could be enormous (should the right people get the phones, that is - always so many variables).
Towards the end of the month, Vayne is going to push out to dealing with Larsa finally because of reasons and consequentially have to deal with and push certain goals at his brother and there will be much grumping.
Anything people should know about your character: Vayne doesn't like to sit around in idleness, not aiming to waste any moves he makes, trying to always take care to make moves that will be of use – while he may also avoid people he knew purely to avoid inciting a riot due to the fact he's Vayne Solidor. He's not interested in starting a war, and does not want the whole of hume-anity to die and become a blood sacrifice to Ultima's goal of escaping out of the world in a giant middle finger to the Occurians for trapping her there.

He knows who's behind it, but he knows he can't confront him alone, so he's going to do what he can to find willing allies in his cause.
Anything people should know about your character: Can boost his stats (or yours) just by yelling really loudly.
Quickstarters: Ajora, Espers/Lucavi, anything related to Ivalice's history or politics, monster hunts, exploration.
